Thanks for the shout out, but I should add a note–all my crafty sewing ideas came from TipNut! That site is so fabulous (just like this one!).

I ironed on a pattern for a shopping bag (made the mistake of buying a few instead of making them–they really are too small for groceries. grrrrr) and will be stitching some embroidery to liven it up. I hope my friends will appreciate a learning curve and less than perfect gifts. Despite the mistakes, I am really having a great time making gifts this year.
