It's so easy for something to accidentally slip through the cracks that I wouldn't want to take the chance. (And it's good that you've made sure your husband knows where all of the information is.) I'm not sure if it wouldn't be a waste of time at this point. Everything we have is in our joint names and joint accounts and we don't have kids... I have written down how to get to all our accounts and how to claim our life insurance policies already (and told my hubby where that info is)...Would a will be needed right now?
